Large and Small Companies Use Social Media
Social media is not just a buzz phrase but has hit the mainstream and many examples of the power of social media use can be seen as companies large and small build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and obtain new customers. Some recent examples include such names as SeaWorld, Volkswagen, Tropicana, and Sharpie to name a few. But its not just large companies but many smaller firms are finding a lot of uses for social media.
